Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

If you have used your Facebook account to log in to Inbox360, you can request the deletion of your data at any time. This page provides instructions on how to request data deletion and explains what data will be removed.

2. Data We Collect from Facebook

When you connect your Facebook account to our platform, we may collect:

  • Your Facebook user ID
  • Your public profile information (name, profile picture)
  • Your email address
  • Facebook Page access tokens (if you connected a Facebook Page)
  • Messages and interactions through connected Facebook Pages

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Through Your Account

  1. Log in to your Inbox360 account
  2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. Click on "Delete Account" or "Remove Facebook Connection"
  4. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your Facebook user ID (if known)
  • Confirmation that you want to delete all your data

4. What Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your Facebook user ID and profile information
  • Facebook access tokens
  • Your account information linked to Facebook
  • Message history and conversation data (unless required by law to retain)
  • Any other personal data associated with your Facebook account

Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Deletion Timeline

We will process your data deletion request as follows:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
  • Deletion completion: Within 30 days from the date of your request
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete

6. Important Notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account using Facebook login
  • If you have multiple workspaces, deletion will affect all associated data
  • Backup copies may persist in our systems for up to 90 days but will not be accessible
